Favara's Easter Lamb

Symbol of the Easter tradition, it is a typical dessert of the municipality of Favara made with royal pasta and pistachio paste that requires great manual skill to shape the dough and create splendid lambs both beautiful and good.
For the preparation, only almonds of own production and Valle del Platani pistachios from the territory of San Biagio Platani (AG) are used, two of the main ingredients accompanied by a pinch of sugar, therefore free of milk, eggs and gluten.
