The "Add Velcro" option is for us to adhere velcro to the top of the base of the valve. This part of the valve goes on the inside of the kite casing, and the purpose is to help the bladder not twist when tightening the screw-cap.  The velcro is optional because you can still tighten it and hold valve in place without velcro, but the velcro is an added convenience that makes it like the original valve.

We now make a Bladder-Patch Install Kit which includes a baggie of talcum (baby) powder and a 6x6-Inch (15.24 x 15.24cm) Patch IF:
1)  your old valves peels easily off the bladder, then you do NOT need the Patch Install Kit.
2)  your old valve has to be cut out of he old bladder, then you DO need the Patch Install Kit.
