Grape marc from red grapes that were left to macerate in wine for a long time and were processed immediately after their pressing. The distillate is then aged in French oak casks for more then six months.
TYPE OF ALEMBIC
Discontinuous at bain-marie.
Bright, warm and amber colour typical of the products aged in wood.
The scent is remarkably woody with hues of brown tobacco, sweet spices and saffron.
Warm and soft.
Alcohol content 40% vol.
Grape marc from eastern Veneto Region and Friuli.
Keep in a dry and cool place and away form light and heat.
