The seller may reserve the right not to process a purchase order that is incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will promptly inform you by email that the contract is not concluded and that the seller has not followed up on your purchase order, specifying the reasons. The lack of conformity manifests itself within 2 (two) years from delivery of the products,
The Customer reports the lack of conformity no later than 2 (two) months from the date on which he discovered the defect.
The action aimed at asserting defects not maliciously concealed by the seller expires in any case within twenty-six months from delivery of the product.

The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided according to the methods illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging. This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number reference in the order form).

In the event of a lack of conformity, the seller will, at no cost to you, restore the conformity of the product through repair/replacement or reduce the price, until the contract is terminated, in accordance with the provisions of the art. 130 of the Consumer Code.

If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Centre, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree. 206/05, you will be charged for any verification and restoration costs requested by Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs if incurred

In the case of a conventional warranty, the repair times or possible replacement of the product depend exclusively on the manufacturer's policies and no damage can be requested from the seller for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.

In cases where the application of the guarantees requires the return of the product, you will have to return the goods in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box; In all cases, affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product should be avoided.
