Right of withdrawal

TERMS FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR PURCHASES ON THE INTERNET

a) If the information requirements incumbent on the seller have been met (for example by providing the consumer with the document entitled "Information concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal" along the lines of the model attached to the Consumer Code as Annex I, Part A) , the right of withdrawal may be exercised by the consumer:

- For the goods: within 14 working days from receipt of goods by the consumer
- For services: within 14 working days of the conclusion of the contract.
 


The withdrawal may be exercised by the consumer without giving any reason and without incurring any costs.
If the information requirements incumbent on the seller were not initially complied, but the seller tries to remedy this omission within 12 months, the right of withdrawal may be exercised by the consumer - both for goods and for services - by 14 working days, from the day in which these obligations have been met.
 


b) If the disclosure requirements not met by the seller shall in particular their right of withdrawal, then the withdrawal period granted to the consumer expires:

- Assets: after 12 months and 14 days from the day of receipt;
- For services: after 12 months and 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
