If you believe your product may be faulty or defective we may require the product to be tested by us to confirm whether the fault/defect exists. The product must be returned in the original package and it must include all items.
The product must have a proven service history in accordance with the product operator manual and must have been operated within the manufacturer’s recommendation for use.
Should we determine that the defect or damage is not covered by the Legal Warranty, we will repair the product with genuine parts and will charge for repair service and postage.
If the product is faulty or defective, you have the right to ask for any of the following without any charge (for postage, labour, material, etc.):
Nuova Elica Snc is liable to the consumer (the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out) for the lack of conformity that cannot be found at the time of purchase.
The lack of conformity exists when the product is not suitable for the use to which it normally serves, does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities promised by the seller, does not offer the usual qualities and performance of a good of the same type, does not is suitable for the particular use intended by the consumer if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller.
The lack of conformity that occurs within 24 months from the date of purchase of the goods must be reported within 2 months following the date of discovery of the defect.
Unless there is evidence to the contrary, it is assumed that the lack of conformity occurring within 6 months of delivery of the goods already existed on that date. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement.
The consumer can ask, at his choice, the seller to repair the goods or to replace them, without expenses in both cases, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. Repairs or replacements must be made within a reasonable time from the request of the Consumer; the average delivery time to the Consumer of the product is 24 days. If within the maximum period of 60 days Nuova Elica Snc is unable to return the repaired product, the consumer may request one of the alternative remedies (replacement, termination of the contract, price reduction).
Nuova Elica Snc is a direct assistance center for the products it sells, therefore the interventions are carried out on site.
