No refunds, item may only be exchanged for exact items replacements if those item are defective.




Items must be returned in their original packaging and box, if applicable. All returned components must be in like-new condition.

Returns must be accompanied by an original invoice and the RMA number given to you by Spalletta.
Routers, switches, and hubs may be returned only if those items are defective. These items are only available to exact-item replacements.

Depending on the nature of the issue, items may be returned for credit, but only at the descretion of Spalletta.

Spalletta does not take responsibility for customers who order incorrect products.

Non-defective returns inside of the 90 day window will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must have an RMA number. Returns without RMA numbers are subject to an additional 5% fee. Special order items may also be subject to a 10% cancellation fee on rare occasions. We reserve the right to decline service with anyone.




The RMA number(s) must be prominently displayed only on the shipping label of boxes containing returned goods. Do not mark the boxes themselves.

If a part does not function properly, you must return the part with a 'proof test report' showing it does not function. If we test the module as fully functional, then you will get a Store Credit for future purchases.

RMA numbers are valid for 15 days after the day of issuance.

Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid in their original boxes and packing material.

A copy of your packing list/invoice must accompany all returned Products.

Returned goods should be freight insured by you.

Product returned to you under Warranty is shipped freight-prepaid via FedEx or other carrier at our discretion.

Spalletta reserves the right to charge for shipping, handling and labor if the Product received for repair is non-defective.
