Although not a wine, Grappa is however a close relative. The quality of the fresh marc maintains all the characteristics of the wine from which it comes. For Grappa Nobile, the long fermentation favors the creation of a product with a decidedly important organoleptic profile, rich and structured, full of fragrant aromas and extremely round on the palate.
Obtained from distillation with the classic system of discontinuous discharge boilers, it is aged in steel and in the bottle where the many components of its large bouquet are harmonized.
